Who can participate in the programme?

The programme is aimed at space and non-space professionals (with at least several years of working experience) and entrepreneurs who want to grow their management skills and know-how, want to understand how the space sectors and space assets offer new business opportunities and new business models, and who want to kickstart their career in the space sector.

A good command of English, both in speaking and in writing, is required. Preferably applicants have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent university education. Business education is not required. However, having several years of relevant business experience is considered an asset. You can expect to meet an international, diverse, and multidisciplinary cohort eager to develop new space ventures.

Programme dates

The 5th Edition will start on March 9th 2026 in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

We have introduced the opportunity for rolling applications, so participants can join from either the first or the second module. The enrolment deadline for Module 1 is February 9th and for Module 2 is April 27th, so 1 month prior to the start of each module.

The upcoming programme takes place on:

  • Module 1: Explore From March 9th to 13th 2026, at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
  • Module 2: Launch From May 25th to 29th 2025, at Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal.
  • Module 3: Accelerate -End of September/Beginning of October- TBC.
  • Followed directly by the ESA Touchdown – End of September/Beginning of October, at the European Space Research and Technology Centre in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.
